    The office was abolished on the first day. EO 14148 section 2(s) revokes EO 14008 of 27 January 2021, whose section 202 established "the White House Office of Domestic Climate Policy within the Executive Office of the President" to coordinate domestic climate policy, headed by an Assistant to the President and National Climate Advisor with a deputy. With its creating order revoked the office ceased to exist; there is no National Climate Advisor, and the Executive Office of the President's own listing of its components — OMB, OSTP, CEA, ONCD, ONDCP and CEQ — does not include it.

Read EO 14148’s full revocation list at govinfo, and EO 14008 section 202 (FR-2021-02-01, doc 2021-02177) to confirm which order created the office. This is an abolition by revocation of the creating instrument, not a rename: no successor office performs the function, and the coordination that replaced it sits in the National Energy Dominance Council (see #90).
