No president has amended Executive Order 12333 since 2025-01-20. Federal Register full-text searches for "12333" and "Executive Order 12333" return only routine Privacy Act system-of-records notices citing the order as collection authority; the corpus of presidential documents and White House presidential actions contains no amending or revoking order, and EO 14148 (Initial Rescissions) does not list it. Congress reworked part of the statute the order implements — the Intelligence Authorization Act for FY2026 (Division F of P.L. 119-60) strips the DNI's authority to establish new national intelligence centers — but the order itself is untouched.

EO 14148 (Initial Rescissions, 2025-01-20) revokes no intelligence order.
- Searched again, 2026-08-27. A Federal Register full-text search for “Executive Order 12333” across all document types since 2025-01-20 returns six documents, every one a routine Privacy Act system-of-records notice citing the order as collection authority (2025-03-21, 2025-08-05, 2025-09-16, two on 2026-03-27, 2026-07-01). No amendment, revocation or supersession.
