The FY 2026 CJ reorganization addendum consolidates OLEM's support functions: the Organizational Management and Integrity Staff and the Office of Program Management are merged under the Immediate Office and put under the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Management, and OLEM's E-Enterprise, Continuity of Government, Continuity of Operations, Operations Center Coordination and Federal Advisory Committee management functions move out of OLEM into the Office of the Administrator. OLEM's page confirms a Deputy Assistant Administrator for Management. It is `partial` rather than `done` because the consolidation is into the Immediate Office and the Administrator's office rather than into "one OLEM suboffice", and because each surviving OLEM suboffice still runs its own management and communications division.
