- Not started
RCRA Section 3004(n) air emission standards (40 CFR part 264/265 subparts AA, BB and CC) are still administered by the Office of Land and Emergency Management. Nothing reassigned them to the Office of Air and Radiation, and the FY 2026 CJ reorganization addendum, which sets out OAR's new Office of Clean Air Programs and Office of State Air Partnerships in detail, does not move them.
