Printed page 185 6. Department of State

Both halves are in place. Section 7041(c) of the FY2026 State-Foreign Operations act (Div. F, P.L. 119-75) directs not less than $3,300,000,000 in Foreign Military Financing grants for Israel, to be disbursed within 30 days of enactment and available for advanced weapons systems. State's own May 2026 report to Congress records $9.597 billion in FY2025 foreign military sales and $3.3 billion in FMF to Israel, alongside continued U.S. pressure on Iran and its proxies. Read as a continuation ask under playbook 3b: done while the support continues.
- Partially done
Political support delivered on the Iran half of the Quote: the United States completed the UN snapback, reimposing every previously terminated UN sanctions resolution on Iran. Military means not yet re-appropriated at this date.
