Expand LPA outreach to conservative development and aid organizations

“LPA should expand its public-facing efforts to include conservative allies that are active in global development and humanitarian aid work, including industry groups, nonprofits, trade associations, foundations, and advocacy organizations, and correspondingly reduce the aid industrial complex’s grip on USAID’s corporate relationships.”
