No bill indexing FECA's reporting thresholds was introduced in the 119th Congress and no administration request was made. The Commission's two price-index notices in the window (2025-01-30 and 2026-03-03) adjust only what FECA already indexes by statute — contribution and expenditure limitations and the lobbyist bundling disclosure threshold — and leave untouched the itemization and reporting thresholds the Quote is about, which are fixed dollar figures in 52 U.S.C. 30104 and have not moved.
