EPA issued no public call for reports of inconsistent risk assessment, failure to use the best science, or research misconduct. Executive Order 14303 requires each agency head to establish internal processes to evaluate alleged violations of its scientific rules, administered by a designated senior appointee under Information Quality Act procedures — an internal channel, not an invitation to the public.

A Federal Register API search for “scientific integrity” restricted to EPA returns three documents, none of them a call for reports.
