The Federal Power Act 202(c) authority is still exercised through CESER, which lists 202(c) orders among its functions and has run the emergency orders keeping generation online through 2025 and 2026. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve is not: after the November 2025 realignment the SPR sits in the Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Energy Office, which lists filling and maintaining the Reserve among its areas of focus. One of the two things the Quote asks to be kept under CESER was kept.
