No public education program about threats from China, Iran or any other foreign actor has been launched. Searched the Federal Register Corpus for Justice Department notices, the whitehouse.gov presidential-actions Corpus and all 2,087 headquarters press releases for the window: the department's China and Iran output is enforcement — espionage indictments, website seizures against state-sponsored hackers, sanctions and export-control prosecutions — with no accompanying outreach, campaign or education program. The China Initiative, the department's previous vehicle for this kind of public messaging, has not been restarted (#1548).
