The department's violent crime work in the window runs through a single national program, Operation Take Back America, which folds the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces and Project Safe Neighborhoods into one initiative aimed at cartels and transnational criminal organizations — the opposite of the district-by-district plan the Quote asks for.
