That is calibration toward the President's priorities on the record. The rest of the ask — meetings with all directorates and mission centers, a formal recalibration against the President's intelligence requirements, and the CIA's parallel diplomacy — has no public instrument.

The cia.gov Director page is undated; it is cited with the date it was read (2026-08-28), and the event is dated the same day. The three new organizations it names are corroborated by the Agency’s organization page (https://www.cia.gov/about/organization/, read 2026-08-28), which lists a Directorate of Mission Systems among the five directorates and an Americas and Counternarcotics Mission Center and a Center for Cyber Intelligence among the eleven mission centers, where the pre-window structure had a Directorate of Digital Innovation and no Americas or counternarcotics center.
Boundary call: an alternative reading holds this at not started, on the ground that the Quote’s objects are internal meetings and the intelligence requirements process, neither of which is public, and that a reorganization is not by itself evidence that collection was recalibrated.
