Nothing found. The Department abolished fourteen discretionary advisory committees (see #1819) but published nothing reconstituting the membership of the committees that remain. The membership solicitations in the window — NIST and NTIS federal advisory committees (2025-04-18), the FirstNet Authority Board (2025-05-01), the Sea Grant Advisory Board (2026-01-05), the Ocean Research Advisory Panel (2026-03-30) and the Ocean Exploration Advisory Board (2026-06-02) — are the ordinary rotation of expiring terms, not a reconstitution.
