FERC opened a Commissioner-led technical conference on meeting the challenge of resource adequacy in RTO and ISO regions, supplemented three times through June 2025 and followed by a post-conference comment request, and in 2026 opened a Commission-led technical conference series on PJM governance and stakeholder reforms. That is the reexamination the Quote asks for, under way; no conclusion or order was found.
