Moving the other way on the underlying economics: EO 14315 of 7 July 2025 and P.L. 119-21 sections 70512-70513 terminate the wind and solar tax credits after 2027, which removes the benefit the Quote wants passed through. That is recorded at #1021 in the major tier and is not counted here.
FERC orders are not published in the Federal Register, and ferc.gov would not open for us, so any Commission order after the notices cited could not be read.
