No Executive Committee for Expedited Permitting has been re-established: nothing in the Secretary's Orders series through SO 3453 creates one, and SO 3358 has no page in Interior's published library. Interior's permitting acceleration has instead run through emergency procedures announced on 2025-04-23 under the national energy emergency declaration, extended to geothermal on 2025-05-30, and through the NEPA rewrite at #1456. Those shorten reviews; they do not stand up the committee the Quote names.
