   SO 3449, "Reinstating and Updating Public Notice of the Costs Associated with Developing Department of the Interior Publications and Similar Documents", reinstates SO 3380 by name and by reference: "The full provisions of SO 3380 are reinstated and incorporated by reference in this Order." It adds a $10,000 threshold, a list of excluded categories, and a sixty-day deadline for the Assistant Secretary – Policy, Management and Budget to issue a Department-wide cost-estimation standard and a required format for displaying the cost on the document. The order records that SO 3380 "was revoked by the previous administration" in April 2021.
