FY2027 NDAA, sec. 511 (searched 2026-09-24). H.R. 8800 passed the House 216–212 on 2026-07-22 (engrossed text). Sec. 511 amends 10 U.S.C. 503(c)(1)(A), the recruiter-access condition on schools. It adds grades and sexes to the lists schools give recruiters, and it requires at least four recruiter visits to each secondary school each academic year “when students are physically present”. That is the Quote’s first clause, improved recruiter access. The engrossed text returns 0 hits for “Vocational Aptitude” and “ASVAB”.
