Rescind all memoranda limiting immigration enforcement

What has happened

   The sweep began the same week. Acting Secretary Huffman's directive of 2025-01-20 rescinded the guidelines limiting ICE and CBP enforcement in or near "sensitive" areas - the memoranda the Quote names explicitly - and DHS announced it the next day in the Mandate's own terms: "Criminals will no longer be able to hide in America's schools and churches to avoid arrest." A second directive ended the broad use of humanitarian parole. Directive plus documented implementing action, so `partial`; `done` would need an allowlisted statement that the review of *all* enforcement-limiting memoranda is complete, and DHS has published none.

2. Jan 20, 2025 Attempted

   EO 14159 section 3(a) revokes Executive Orders 13993, 14010, 14011 and 14012, and section 3(b) orders every agency to "take all appropriate action to promptly revoke all memoranda, guidance, or other policies based on" them. Section 16 separately orders State, DOJ and DHS to rescind "the policy decisions of the previous administration that led to the increased or continued presence of illegal aliens". A government-wide sweep directive, with nothing yet rescinded.
