Congress did not rescind the Grid Deployment Office's unspent appropriations; it added to them. P.L. 119-74 appropriates $25,000,000 under the Grid Deployment heading and section 311(b) transfers a further $375,000,000 to the Grid Deployment Office heading for a domestic transformer and grid-component supply-chain program. The IIJA grid modernization, transmission facilitation and grid resilience balances the Quote targets were not rescinded.
