“Additionally, the President should revise and sign an updated version of President Ronald Reagan's Executive Order 12630 on federal takings.”

No updated takings order has been signed. EO 12630 remains in force in its 1988 form, and the only place it surfaces in this administration's regulatory guidance is as a process cost to be economised: M-25-36 lists it with the federalism and tribal-consultation orders and tells agencies to presume deregulatory actions do not trigger it, "as to takings analysis, deregulatory activities will relieve burdens on property rights, not impose new ones."

Research notes
Negative search. All 277 executive orders signed in the window were listed from the presidential documents in the Federal Register and read by title; none concerns federal takings or amends EO 12630. Federal Register API, presidential documents, terms “takings” and “12630” — nothing. M-25-36, which moves the other way, is attached to the event as contrary evidence, and the Status stays not started.
