Stop funding organizations that advocate climate fanaticism
Printed page 258 9. Agency for International Development
“The agency should cease collaborating with and funding progressive foundations, corporations, international institutions, and NGOs that advocate on behalf of climate fanaticism.”
What has happened
- Partially done
The money is gone but the eligibility bar the Quote asks for was never created. No foreign-assistance climate funding survives - the FY2026 act and the FY2027 request contain no climate line - so in practice the agency funds no climate-advocacy organizations. But where State did create award-term eligibility bars in 2026, it did so for abortion, gender ideology and discriminatory equity ideology; there is no award term making climate advocacy a bar to receiving foreign assistance, and no debarment or collaboration prohibition of the kind the Quote contemplates.
- Attempted
Executive Order 14162 directed the immediate cessation or revocation of any purported United States financial commitment under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and OMB guidance rescinding all frozen funds.

Research notes
- partial rather than done deliberately: this is the one item in the climate cluster whose object is an eligibility rule about who may be funded, not a funding stream. Compare #657, where the equivalent bar for DEI-promoting partners does exist (the Combating Discriminatory Equity Ideology award term).
