    The condition never arose: there are no FCC Section 230 reforms for the 2020 NTIA petition to be tracked in. See the Chapter 28 cluster negative search of 2026-09-01 — no Federal Register document of any type mentions Section 230 or the Communications Decency Act in an FCC context since 2025-01-20, and the Commission has opened no docket on the statute. NTIA's July 2020 petition (RM-11862) was never acted on and remains pending; the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau's August 2026 sweep of twenty-four mooted petitions (DA 26-867) covers CG Dockets 02-278, 05-338 and 17-59 and does not touch it.

With #2184 sourced not started (no FCC order, docket or advisory opinion on Section 230 on any allowlisted source), there is nothing to level against. If the FCC ever opens the proceeding, this item asks whether it adopts the NTIA petition’s positions.

Corroborated 2026-09-03 (read-queue ticket 04) against the FCC’s own index. www.fcc.gov is not walled — it opens to the full browser header set — so https://www.fcc.gov/proposed-rulemakings was read directly: 138 dated entries, 2023-04-25 to 2026-06-09, with zero occurrences of “Section 230” and zero of “Big Tech” (the only “230” on the page is the docket number DA 24-1230). The Federal Register API agrees: "section 230" since 2025-01-20 returns four documents and none is an FCC document. The negative is now doubly sourced and dated.
