- An open-ended “withdraw from organizations that…” ask: read as done on the government-wide review plus a documented sweep (66 organizations) rather than waiting for every treaty withdrawal to take legal effect (UNESCO’s is 2026-12-31; many of the 66 have their own notice periods). The WHO exit completed 2026-01-22 (#521).
