    Retested on 2026-09-03 against ODNI's own site, which the read-queue row wrongly recorded as a 403 wall: the feed at `odni.gov/feed/` was read in full — 536 items spanning 2005 to 2026-08-20, ODNI's complete public inventory — and no such review appears in it. That negative reaches ODNI's public output and no further; covert action findings and the taskings about them are never published, so nothing can be concluded about what was done privately. No allowlisted record of a 60-day review of current covert action findings by the NSC's Senior Director for Intelligence Programs, or of a report back to the President. Federal Register full-text search for "covert action" since 2025-01-20 returns 0 documents of any type; whitehouse.gov's presidential-actions listing carries no such tasking; and P.L. 119-60 Division F contains no covert-action review provision. This is a Day One ask whose instrument — an NSC tasking — is never published.
