No senior Arctic Energy official has been placed on the U.S. Arctic Council delegation on any allowlisted record. The roster in src/data/people.json carries one Arctic appointment — Tom Dans as Chair of the U.S. Arctic Research Commission, 10 December 2025 — which is a different body and not a DOE Arctic Energy Office post. The July 2026 Arctic Energy Office Strategic Plan does not mention the Arctic Council.
