Searched the Federal Register Corpus for every Justice Department rule and proposed rule in the window (all 28 CFR part 0 organizational amendments among them), the whitehouse.gov presidential-actions Corpus, all 2,087 Justice Department headquarters press releases fetched from the department's own press API for the window, and the FBI's national press-release feed. The department's three organizational rules in the window abolished the Office of the Executive Secretariat and dispersed the Tax Division — both Justice Department components, neither inside the FBI.
