What has happened

   No redirection of FBI notifications or approvals has been published. Searched the Federal Register Corpus for every Justice Department rule and proposed rule in the window (all 28 CFR part 0 organizational amendments among them), the whitehouse.gov presidential-actions Corpus, all 2,087 Justice Department headquarters press releases fetched from the department's own press API for the window, and the FBI's national press-release feed. This ask follows the organizational move in #1531, which has not happened; the approval routes it would redirect run through the Deputy Attorney General as before. The one approval change the Attorney General did make in the window ran to racketeering charges, not to the FBI: the cartels memorandum suspended the Criminal Division's Violent Crime and Racketeering Section sign-off for charges against cartels and transnational criminal organizations.
