No review of the sanctions and misconduct findings issued in the four years before the inauguration, or of whether the previous administration responded to them appropriately, has been published. The Weaponization Working Group reviews four years of enforcement conduct and did take personnel action after the FACE Act report, but its remit is the conduct itself rather than the department's handling of misconduct findings — the Office of Professional Responsibility's dispositions are not among its named subjects and no report on them exists. Searched the Federal Register Corpus for every Justice Department rule, proposed rule and notice in the window, the whitehouse.gov presidential-actions Corpus, the congress.gov bills and nominations Corpus, and all 2,087 headquarters press releases fetched from the department's own press API for the window.
