Increase resourcing and training for cover in the digital age

Not started

Printed page 225 7. Intelligence Community

“An incoming Administration will need to double down on resourcing and training so that members of the IC will have the expertise they need to operate clandestinely (and successfully) against hard targets.”

What has happened

  1. Not started

Nothing public records an increase in resourcing or training for clandestine cover in the digital age. The Corpus holds no presidential action, Federal Register document, enacted law or bill on the subject; the enrolled text of P.L. 119-60 legislates on CIA installation security, workplace climate, procurement and the Chaplain Corps but not on cover or ubiquitous technical surveillance tradecraft; and CIA's Federal Register footprint is four Privacy Act and operational-files notices. This is an ask with no public instrument at any point.

No action found yet. This entry is the starting point, not a finding.
