No Title X requirement to give clients information about marriage or to refer them to marriage resources has been imposed. HHS's Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health has a Title X rulemaking scheduled - RIN 0937-AA15, Compliance with Title X Statutory Program Integrity Requirements - but that is the restoration of the 2019 program integrity rule (#1373's object), and its abstract contains no marriage element; no NPRM has been published. Federal Register full text since 2025-01-20 returns 0 documents for Title X combined with marriage.
